سید حمیدرضا کمال علوی درباره وضعیت اخیر بازار ارز اظهار داشت: با توجه به رخدادهای سیاسی و امنیتی اخیر مانند جنایت تروریستی کرمان، حمله انگلیس و آمریکا به یمن، حمله سپاه به مقر تروریستی پاکستان عراق و سوریه و درگیری‌های باب المندب شاهد ایجاد نوسان مقطعی در بازار ارز بوده‌ایم، البته بعد از رخ دادن هر اتفاق سیاسی، نرخ ارز نوسان اندکی را تجربه می‌کرد و بعد از آن دوباره به دامنه قبلی خود بازمی‌گشت.
وی ادامه داد: با توجه به اتفاقات سیاسی اخیر، دلالان بیشترین سود را از بازار ارز کسب کردند، تعدادی از سفته‌بازان قصد دارند به بهانه تنش‌های سیاسی منطقه نرخ ارز را بالا ببرند و با جوسازی منجر به افزایش نرخ دلار شوند تا بیشترین سود را کسب کنند.
این فعال اقتصادی افزود: در کشور ما معمولا در پایان سال به علت خرید مواد اولیه و تامین نقدینگی به طور معمول نرخ ارز رشد دارد که موضوعی طبیعی است؛ اما خوشبختانه این موضوع نیز توسط بانک مرکزی تحت کنترل است.
علوی اضافه کرد: پایان سال گذشته نیز شاهد افزایش قیمت دلار بود‌یم اما با گذشت مدتی، با سیاست‌های بانک مرکزی نرخ ارز ریزش کرد، امسال نیز امیدواریم نرخ ارز تا قیمت‌های قبلی ریزش داشته باشد و باید بدانیم که این افزایش نرخ دلیل و توجیه اقتصادی ندارد و صرفا سیاسی است.
عضو اتاق بازرگانی ایران با اشاره به اقدامات مؤثر بانک مرکزی برای کنترل نرخ ارز، تاکید کرد: ایجاد مرکز مبادله طلا و ارز ایران و اجرای سیاست تثبیت از جمله اقدامات مناسب بانک مرکزی برای کنترل نرخ ارز است، اما هنوز می‌توان اقدامات بیشتری در این مورد انجام داد.
وی اضافه کرد: هر اقدام بانک مرکزی که از سال گذشته انجام شد، ترمزی در برابر افزایش نرخ ارز بوده است و پیش‌بینی می‌شود مانند سال گذشته نرخ دلار تا قیمت تعادلی قبلی کاهشی شود.
